10000% incorrect. that is only your opinion. even if so whats the big deal? a $5 tax? how would a regulation ( that isnt in place already in most states for 18 and over ) affect mcig in a negative way? only able to sell to 18 and over? check mate we already do that. pay a few dollar tax? check mate no big deal. not sure what thje negative spin is? it is actually a great thing imo because it will kill off the high priced competition

Which federal agency would regulate it and under which law? If it's a new law we're years away from establishment, and up to another year before enforcement. Not sure how grandfathering works, but I'm hopeful the ecig lobby will be strong enough by then to influence some things.

Regulation should most definitely not be a fear when considering MCIG. Maybe in mid-late 2016.

You are 100% wrong. mCig is regulated just as a lighter is regulated by CE Mark in Europe and RoHS anywhere else. This similar to DOT standards. The FDA would only step in if a regulated or scheduled compound was being delivered/administered.
