Hard to believe this is still a topic of discussion. They were wrong to begin with, the FDA's proposal confirms they were wrong, the company themselves stated likewise via this morning's PR, common-sense indicates they are wrong . . . Yet they continue to raise they same hogwash. No credibility

Hey, they sell guns without bullets, are they unregulated???
MCIG will be regulated by new ecig laws including not selling to minors etc.

Yeah personally I don't think the mCig will fall under any regulation but I have downloaded the 247 page FDA proposal and am trying to make sense out of it.

I would think if mCig thought they were coming under FDA regs they would not be saying anything at all IMO
