TA is TA...but you are trying to grease it with FA that is not correct...which leads me to believe you actually want to create a buying opportunity for yourself...as the expense of the more skittish investor...
IMHO you lose cred. by spinning trades that do not reflect either the fundamentals of the biz, not a judgment call about the company by the execs "planned sales"...which were minuscule in relation to holdings...
ps.. be careful what you wish for...you might get more then you expected...
