If it's that low SS1, it's virtually "locked up".

I'd estimate a "virtual lockdown" at around 10-15% of the float, because you're almost never going to lock every last share in hands that won't sell.

Really all we need is to have 85-90% locked away and the supply is essentially dried up. Let this thing get a buying surge, and everyone will see what I mean! We got a preview today when we broke that .0272 chokehold, and blew right past chart resistance at .0279
