The bid is not looking good
The game is for Duncan's hired gun to sell in volume at best price, company shares into the market, to create the float. Affiliates also can sell, since restrictions on the stock are long gone. Still close to 300M shares yet to be sold.
As long as volume is consistently above 40K per session with an occasional 100K volume session, the hired gun keeps the Ask static. If volume goes to nil for 4-5 sessions, he drops the Ask, until he finds volume again. Then attempts to slowly walk it back up to find best selling price.
A small channel created between 012 <-->02. A ton of shares on the Ask ready to sop up any bids. Not exactly a retail trader paradise.
