As several have already pointed out, the VP's recent sales were automated sales in accordance with a 10b5-1 plan. It states so right on the Form 4. Were you aware of that?
You guys always seem to show up going on IHUB under new name or for someone else to bash the stock.... 100K shares pre-set sales HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FUNDAMENTALS....
AND...has no relation to the fundamentals.
History of selling?...less than 200,000 shares for the ENTIRE Year, sold under controlled program out of 5.5 Million Shares these two insiders holding....and ...still holding total of 5.3 million shares...that is a "bunch" of shares?
