The disconnect is with Slilaty and his ability to communicate with a public entity, ie. shareholders. The bridge that needs to be crossed is final testing to get the IND. Until this has been confirmed we're stuck. Nothing will move this until then imo. My opinion is that Slilaty has his own agenda to move his drug and the lack of communication is his downfall. Even if this was set up for testing we'd still be looking at years before we even really knew anything about the drugs human capabilities. One would need to decide if an investment in the teens, would be worth the risk. When you started it was at what price? And now it's just a wee bit lower? No action against Slilaty by the RMCP or anyone else. And they're moving like molasses even on the move to Canada. If Garmen failed to go through and we still didn't even hear a peep, then what's next? Easy enough to solicit another lab to move forward, albeit at shareholders expense like everything else. Whatchya gonna do? A public company with a ceo who clearly considers himself private. Until he actually makes a move that means something, this puppy remains a sleeping dog.
