Thanks for your responce. The only issue I have with this scenerio is PHOT had just run up to the 0.70's on two occasions and to precalculate the full scenerio, (including the related risk) that you have laid out I find a bit far fetched. I appreciate your info.

A person that takes a short position is on the hook for only the number of shares borrowed, not any dollar figure at all.
