There is no need to put a positive spin on this!
Sales were made pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan.

So consequently, the timing of these sales is beyond him!

And besides that explains some of the price downward pressure in the last 3 days! Good to know!

It's nothing but a side note. The stock technicals remain broken and searching for a bottom.........I still think 1.80's are possible as the weekly is nasty red again but it's already near or at a 65% correction. Can't imagine 2.15 being taken out on a close then going negative for the year. For me this is still screaming sidelines............GTTA

the fact is this sale was pre-arranged... clearly he was anticipating a higher price... i doubt anyone is more upset with the timing of this sale and the pps than the seller himself... this plunge cost him plenty...

people will interpret as they wish and will sell if they must... so be it...

the problem with pps is that it is set at the margins... it doesn't tell us what a stock is worth, but only suggests what it might be worth based on the opinions of the few who are transacting business at the margins... the many who are long and strong this stock... holding, but not accumulating more today... we are all mere spectators regarding price movement... we have no impact on today's pps other than to lock up a portion of the float... so we watch... as others adjust the price downward... so be it...

my valuations of this company places it at multiples of today's pps... imo... this is a screaming buy with a deep discount... the folks at the margins... at least on the sellers' side of transactions today...clearly disagree... time and material developments will determine who is most prescient... glta...
