They want to change the NAME...

AND the Symbol now...Just going thru a set of
different paperwork to obtain both, instead of
just the original Symbol change.

I think they can hold off on the symbol change until the name change is ready. They may already have FINRA approval for the new symbol, and just waiting to clear up the new name with the SEC.
