The symbol change will happen soon enough. APT said in their PR today that once they propose the new company name (that will replace Frozen Food Gift Group), the SEC has a 20 day waiting period until that name becomes effective. It appears that when they make the name change, they will also make the symbol change. So, once we see the SEC filing regarding the proposed name change, we know we have 20 days.
