Can you explain the theory behind why a Forbes article will instantly shoot the PPS north?

The value of the marketing has already been realized, it ran 1800% on that information. When nothing happens all that we'll see when the magazine actually comes out is a falling stock and a bunch of pumpers running to the next pump. Unless the company has some other *new* positive information to release.
