Well I think, that SAORSA is from Downunder (Australia).
Back in WWII, when Japan was about to invade Australia, the US Army came to their rescue. The US soldiers not only came with their arms but also brought some sort of "Mobile Dunnies" with them. Those dunnies were called "Septic Tank" and were totally new to the okker Aussie who usually peed and pooed into nearby ditches.
So the Aussies came to call the boys from America, "Septic Tanks".
