Bamaboy101, 3740 pc of 300 watt solar panels alone would cost between $800,000 to $900,000 at $0.75 to $0.80 per watt. 1122 KW into $2.5 Million is only $2.23 per watt installed, which is unheard of except possibly in multi-multi-megawatt systems. If you add $800,000 to the $2.5 Million you get about $3.3 Million, which makes more since, but still cheap. So I'm thinking they are not selling the panels and just doing the design and installation work or like you astutely suggested the $2.5 Million contract and the 1122 KW contract may not be the same.
