Yes, I believe that is possible if necessary. IMHO the configuration will be determined based on how well the oil flows and how extensively the steam disperses in this first well pair.
I was thinking the typical spacing of well pairs was about 100 meters, but wanted to verify that before saying so. It will probably be between 85M and 125M between well pairs depending on the performance of the first demonstration pair.
