Guess it is only you 'septic tanks' who are getting the call as I have heard nothing so far. Mind you, I turn my phone off when I go to sleep and that is probably round about the time offices are open in USA.

I got a call on 4/16 .. the day or the press release on the shipment to Takeda, and a day before I received the voting package. I also have been in stocks for over 40 years and have received some calls over the years, but, infrequently.
In one recent case the call was regarding my vote on a merger/takeover that I was strongly opposed to and the caller was aggressively trying to sway my vote.

In the past I've received voicemails, emails and regular mail. I did get some calls regarding APRI this week because multiple family members have shares. There may or may not be something going on. Don't jump to conclusions so fast.
