T would like to believe that the company is aware of the "violation"
so why is there any action or lack there of, from the company. Just curious...
"Until midnite tonite, it seems the company has not been totally transparent re: their default, which my understanding is a serious SEC violation and i have no interest in the stock being halted and my investment frozen, if that should happen".
BK is being mentioned often, anybody else feeling the real effect if/when that happens. I am.
One more thing I would like to clear out. Science and management. Sure science is super bur management stink imv. I'll put that in another proper perspective, if I may, Corvette (science) and a bad driver (mgnt). I don't see the car lasting very long. lol Just a thought...
