Yes, but also the same time, the SEC released a world wide PR stating that Twitter would now be allowed to be used to keep investors informed.
My big gripe with DUTV's twitter account is the lack of professionalism and direct attacks towards investors.
Also, awhile back, I questioned one of their tweets, in a respectful manner. I am now blocked from tweeting anything to DUTV.
That is why I say it's being run by an investor, and probably someone here on this board. The company may sanction some tweets but I honestly don't think they monitor it. I doubt any business would allow some of the tweets they did and especially the NASDAQ picture.
Why wouldn't they use a company logo instead for better awareness??
