I see you've found your tin-foil hat today after misplacing it over the last couple of days. Nothing wrong with management wanting to remain in control of their own company. Once again, you are assuming that old debt conversions are never-ending and company debt is infinite. The fact that the price has been moving up steadily, breaking resistance after resistance, consolidating, then moving up some more tells me that those old conversions are either finished or very close to being finished, imo.

Does this look like a Pump & Dump chart to you (like VTPI)?

Personally, I love when you show up Hank because whenever you do the next leg up is starting. Can you please give me a couple more picks where mgmt is careless and is giving shares to themselves at the stoke of a pen, so that I can invest in that one, too?

Someone is misinformed on ACGX... Up till now, it looks like it is you. The stock needs to be in .00xx before I start believing in what you have to say, because you were saying the same things when the stock was there.
