The time is near for compliance of $1 to stay listed which as we all can see WILL not happen again so that means another R/S to bring it back above $1. Ivan has had their heavy oil prosess for many years and gone nowhere. They just burn through the cash on salaries and who knows what. This is just a stock to be played not retired on. JMO glta
