for sure 493 will be moved into ph 3 ahead of 450 + 530 - it's QD with no boosting and touted to have a better resistance profile (probably in line with merck's PI). It's simply the backup plan in GT3. I just never realized 450 had activity in this genotype until a couple weeks or so ago when i noticed the trial up on the clinicaltrials.gov site
