The key here is we see a ticker change this week as promised but you're absolutely right. The Facebook games they played and Meki posting personal pictures of them at work was deplorable prior to the launch. The rollout mistakes were inexcusable considering it was already postponed, they had time to clear things up and there STILL isn't 10 products on the site. This means they can't follow through with what they post in Press Releases. Management needs to get it together and it all starts with Bob Calkin, the rookie CEO who needs to prove himself.
