Following up on #msg-100880621, we know from ENTA’s PR today (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/enanta-pharmaceuticals-announces-drug-application-125300789.html ) that ENTA received $20M of the $40M in submission-based milestone payments today with the filing of the US NDA and will receive the other $20M when the European MAA is submitted in early May.

Regarding the $155M in milestone payments for regulatory approvals of the 3-DAA regimen, ENTA hasn’t disclosed the split between the US, EU, and other jurisdictions, but it’s reasonable to infer that roughly $75M is for the US, $75M for the EU, and $5M for other jurisdictions.
