Please do, Lucky.mydog/Renee probably have more information on it as far as links but I know of none that have ever been suspended and put back on the pinks/OTC.
For that matter I only know of a couple that have made it off the greys back to the pinks after being suspended. One with a MM(211) and the other after months of being on the greys being put back on the pinks.
I have no problems with being corrected if I am wrong but I would wager a pretty good chunk that is the case.
