Review IBB/IPO etf SPEC money flowing back in at the same time an IND filing is possible according to S1. This is a low float 2.2million in the IPO the rest of the stock from private placement is restricted. The recent SG-13(S) have taken a % out of the 2.2million in the IPO, which means there aren't many shares out there.
