Well I guess she just doesn't understand the business of a small family owned construction company. Too bad she had to spend her years in corporate america. I did that for awhile. Sucked.
The great thing about small family company - as long as you do what they need you to do when they need you to do it....you can watch tv, post on a message board, take off early every Friday, and not have to clear it with 3 supervisors to get a day off to spend with your kid.
no actually some folks here actually admit they post from work....it's nothing less than stealing from the company but like I said I don't know how they can sleep at night, but that's their choice to steal....
