Garth told me http://www.otcmarkets.com/home the website is NOT an official USA Government website at all.

Note - there is absolutely no .GOV reference in their web address at all. The reason why is because they just run the website themselves. By law they cannot use the .GOV prefix

Now wait for it - even though ICBT's information is ALL 100% up to date, OTC Markets - the website listed above want $4000 paid annually by ALL companies to remove the stop sign they have placed on ICBT's listing on their website.

Garth said that ICBT has already spent so much money on preparing Canwealth for a completely new listing, that he could not see the point in spending $4000 on a company that is effectively holding ICBT (and ALL other companies who become up to date and FULLY reporting) because they've designed their website to be a bit more friendly.

If you ask me, it's OTC Markets who are the crooks.

If FINRA are happy with ICBT's year end filings (after ALL of the other checks they have done on Garth - professional and personal) that is good enough for me.

All we need now is for FINRA to give us the new trading symbol then watch this baby fly.
