If they haven't paid them anything yet, they're not technically employees. I don't believe Garth takes any compensation yet either, does he? He probably just put his name down meaning he's the one who's been taking care of business so far. Are you sure you're not reading too much into this?
As for your repeated mention of "dilution," Garth has said the share structure hasn't changed since what we find at otcmarkets.com, and that's from 2012! There IS NO current dilution, and you're only making yourself look bad by acting like there is.
Wish I had time to monitor the IHub boards of stocks I don't like.
