GNCP - Crazy how much this is targeted to fail.
Interesting lawsuit just filed against a broker who has been aiding and abetting his biggest client to naked short sell to said broker's other clients who thought that they were buying shares that were real.
One has to wonder how many other brokers are doing the same, and how many other companies they are targeting?
One could safely assume that the poorly watched OTC Market is a prime location for these illegal abuses to be occurring.
How badly has HGLC, FFGO, RENS, NMGL, and GNCP been targeted by TDA, Scottrade, Schwab, Fidelity, Etrade, etc?
