My call was to NASDAQ, not the SEC. I decided to go directly to the source instead of continuing to read uninformed opinions on whether or not late filings would impact the uplisting process.
The SEC is not part of the NASDAQ listing process and their approval is not required.
Uplisting it''s a possibility but Gerald has stated if necessary it will not take place lin the short term but later this year. First thing first. Market authorisation for Lympro first. Sounds logical to me. Certainly if the insurance companies give the green light their is a possibility the shareprice will rice that much that a R/S is not necessary for uplisting and it will be a lot easier to find the right partner if necessary!
