It is the analyst's dog and pony show, and the news just came out on it. They are "optimistic" longer term, but cautious short term. They are standing by their guidance for the quarter and are concerned about SARS but so far no real problems from it.
INTC will warn before the quarter (along with many others), but for now, no warning.
