I don't think that they will do anything. MM exploitation of the penny stock market is happening for decades. The document that I am referring to below is from 1988. They control the PPS and the volume. Many times, the high volume that you see with the stock dwindling to lower levels is their creation. They walk the PPS down buying stock lower and lower, create rush to sell at lower levels, and then they sell what they bought higher until the next repeat of the same exact situation. It is not the shareholders. It is the market makers.
All IMO, of course.
