You are correct you are being scammed. People are driving the price down so they can load up for the ride. They are hoping you will have a weak hand and pull out so they can get your shares cheap and make $$$$ when this hits the pennies.

I for one, set 5% of my shares with a limit sell order at .08 I wont sell a thing until its there and even then that's just enough to cover some original investment costs. The rest will remain there until at least the .20s. Then i might be interested in relieving 10-20%. The rest will wait for the $1 mark. Doesn't matter what time-frame it takes to get there. Its going to.

It's a patently obvious scam, from Brian Kistler to the oily Mark B.ullshit Newbauer. The newly minted websites pretending to do business in the MJ sector and school sector; the bullshit deals between newly formed companies, who turn out to be part of the Newbauer FT.Wayne crew; the revoked business license; the massive convertible debt (mostly "owed" to Kistler); Newbauer's other brain-child MIKP (owed Kistler till the SEC shut it down); all of Newbauer's BS companies being DTCC chilled, including this one.

I HAVE TO WONDER WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS STOCK DROPPING LIKE CRAZY. WHO IS SELLING AND WHY. IS THIS A CLEVER SCAM. I HAVE BEEN BUYING BUT I WILL NOT PUT ANOTHER DIME INTO THIS UNTIL I SEE SOME CONFRIMED POSITIVE NEWS!!!
