GNCP - That is concern only for shareholders and those responsible for making sure each share receives the dividend on the payment date.

Those not making shareholders whole, or attempting to delay said payment, will expose their risk and the possible fraud (securities and tax) that accompanies it.

How long have shareholders been waiting? It's a pipe dream. Lol.

Not interested in taking a tax write-off, and neither is the IRS interested in me doing so.
