Parkinson made no attempt to say what the assays meant. Nor did he GPS in the samples, only provided a GPS location for each general area he sampled. Nor did he sign the report as an Arizona RG (interesting). Nor did he do any geologic mapping.
He essentially re-sampled surface material, which has been done before, over and over. The Mockingbird has even been drilled, why sample dumps again?
This was just a token attempt to show that exploration is being done. Paying Parkinson to stumble around was the cheapest way for GNCP management to make it look like they are an actual exploration company.
Where's Harris's report, by the way? I expect better from him. Or maybe he got cold feet and bailed out.
