Re-read my post - I told you how Lumb is directly involved. If a company allows a supposedly non-affiliated investor (Lumb) to help write its financials, I would say that person is directly involved.

He is also the largest shareholder.

If you choose to ignore Lumb's involvement here, that's up to you.
