Is Lumb's involvement with preparation of GNCP filings direct enough? How about his ownership of the largest creditor to GNCP (Stelan)? Or his ownership of the company that was supposedly going to finance the share buyback? Or his name which showed up as the "author" of filings uploaded to OTC?
No, he is not officially management or a director of GNCP. I am sure it pains him to not be recognized for his handiwork and have "Ted" get all the credit. However, Lumb's fingerprints are all over this mess.
