Although, someone pointed this out from HRT's news release---
"Additionally, Discovery informed that, except for the securities mentioned above, it does not hold and has no knowledge of people connected to it holding convertible debentures, warrants, subscription rights to shares or options to purchase shares of the Company, as well as that it has not entered into any contracts or agreements regulating the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued by the Company."
