Please excuse me for chiming in. This is my take on situation. Most analysts don't cover otc stocks. As long as we trade on the otc, The MM's can pretty much do what they want. Even though our volume is better than in the past, There still seems to be a lack of buying because of the recent pps action created by the MM's. Until such time that we get great PR's from the company and the buying vol. picks up, the pps is going to base between .30-.50. That's not saying that the PR's haven't been good. There also seems to have a hangover from the past. That being said, ART will change all that.

Perhaps it is worth checking out the YTD ROI, 1 Year ROI and the 3 month ROI. So to ask me why the stock is only trading in the .30's seems to beg the question why isn't this stock still trading in the .06's. Stocks go and and stocks go down and Elite is a penny stock. How many penny stocks do you know of that have major analysts following it?

The stock is highly undervalued and flying under the radar as it has been for years. Elite will need to garner a partner or file their first NDA IMO to gain a wider audience so to speak.
