The original deal was that Berkeley Bio received 20 million shares divided 4 ways - so that Hoye and his wife Mary Harrel received 10 million shares. You would have to think they believe they are worth more than 10 million shares - very good point LS.
And we know that on 09/23/2013 a company was incorporated in Florida, SK3 SERVICES, INC. - Mary Harrel is the PSD.
Artemus Mayor was the Incorporator and AEGY is the registered agent.
I thought this company might be engaged in some type of consulting work and the note would be converted into shares.
But, there is another company, TESORO SERVICES, INC.
It was incorporated on 09/26/2013, and Artemus Mayor was the incorporator and AEGY is the registered agent.
It will be interesting to see if these companies show up on any documents.
