Most major brokerages cover the otc, including
pinks, and Grey's for that matter.
I use Scottrade, and purchased CANN online.

It is highly doubtful that any of the stocks you are looking at that moved from the Gray markets to the pinks were ever suspended by the SEC.

Uplisting from the greys happens all the time ... frequently for foreign based companies and other start ups that actually began their public life on the grey markets and prospered.

However, none of the companies that get uplisted were suspended and relegated to the grey sheets.

The CANN goose remains cooked.
