Keep in mind butoft, APT/Motovox will always want to keep, hold, and never sell up to 51% of all those 2.7 Billion FROZ shares they where given for this Reverse/merger, WHY ???
Because APT/Motovox will ALWAYS want to own 51% of all shares at all times, to fully control & run this company the way they want, and not let anyone else buy up all the shares and try & take over control of it ever, UNLESS of course??, they would want to make APT/Motovox say a $5.00 a share or more OFFER they can not refuse, ha ha WINK $$$$$ IMO
so subtract at least 1.3 Billion FROZ shares, if not more from the O/S to be kept in there Treasury but never used, at all times. IMO

Does anyone know if restricted shares getting factored in the calculation for market cap? With restricted shares (that come due in a year) we have approximately 4 billion shares outstanding. I suspect APT will be buying back some of these shares.
