no offense but there is NO corporate protection (veil) when it comes to securities fraud.... The insurance company NEVER covers in the case of fraud... I know....
Second, you keep forgetting the SEC is part of the Federal Govt... they can bring in the justice Dept, the FBI, the IRS.... you won't end up with anything, plus even if there is anything, you are behind the deb holders... give it up......
