Cantex Energy Corp. (OTC: CTXE) announced April 10 it acquired Arkose Energy Inc., a Toronto-based company with operations in the U.S. The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Arkose is a private oil and natural gas company focused on acquiring and developing low-risk potentially high return projects in Texas and the Rocky Mountains. Based in Dallas, Cantex engages in the acquisition and development of oil and gas properties, focusing on development opportunities located onshore and within the U.S.
