yes. and I read last night that ---they --(the rag tag of rural usa, oathkeepers & such) surrounded the motels where the good guys were staying, several times, that's when they decided to leave .. ... And he's over grazing the land. In other words he's destroying it!. Just another do nothing, big mouth, old white fart ... breaks the law, then wants to kill the people who are trying to make things right .. his son did manage to get tasered yesterday, but NOT long enough! ... I sure hope the strange ones do NOT in any way think that it's over ... heh heh. Really, his life is a mess now, but ALL of them will play it ---thru fux ..and the fat one along with all the haters who have destroyed the media ..and all the weak minds who eat hate THREE meals a day of HATE and hate filled Twinkies, LOL... ....The best thing now is, the FBI has photos of every weird one .. that 'thinks' he's a member of a lawless pack of nut cases .. calling themselves militias' .. and patriots.. LOLOL ..... yep, ... .. watch em go visit prison, one by one..

heck even splc already had YESTERDAY, names and locations of 'said' groups and 'individuals. Cripes they were there a week, enough time to get 'most' faces on camera.. ;)

he will pay the price one way or another. one other thing occurred to me... since he has failed to honor the terms and responsibilities of his grazing permit, his rights can be retired or put up for new proposals. I would love to see his grazing allotment be awarded to some law-abiding ranchers, perhaps split smaller than the present 500,000 acre welfare gift, and then let the new permittees run him off. Allowing no consequences for his actions weakens the law for all of us.

the feudal process of inherited grazing rights DOES have process for revocation. It would send the beer-belly militias into orbit.

I wonder if the Married with Cattle bundy pays his federal income tax? since he is a one percenter on federal welfare who has claimed he abides by no federal regulations, perhaps he doesn't pay actual income tax, just finds ways to defer what he should owe in the manner of romney? Makes his tithe to the local stake president and mormon bishop easier to cheat on, too.

Chicago man pulls submachine gun over a 22-cent Pepsi sales tax dispute

A Chicago man is under arrest after pulling a submachine gun on store owners after he became upset at having to pay 22-cents sales tax on his purchase of a two-liter bottle of Pepsi.

Nahshon Shelton, 36, was arrested after he pulled a Intratec .22-caliber submachine gun out of his Gucci bag when the owners of the convenience store he was patronizing insisted he pay the sales tax on top of the $1.79 cost of the soda, reports the Chicago Sun-Times [ http://www.suntimes.com/news/crime/26826297-418/angry-over-22-cent-tax-on-soda-man-pulls-out-submachine-gun-in-store-police.html#.U00IB2cnK5M ].

According to Assistant State’s Attorney Claire Savaglio, who said the entire incident was captured on video tape, Shelton allegedly threatened to kill everyone in the store.

“I’m going to shoot you in the head three times,” Shelton told one person, before telling another, “I’m going to smoke your ass.”

Police arrived and observed Shelton yelling at customers in the store before they took him into custody.

This “is my neighborhood, I’m tax exempt!” he allegedly told the police. “Man, you know what, I’ll keep it real. I had to put them in their place.”

Shelton has been charged with aggravated assault, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and having an invalid Firearms Owner’s Identification (FOID) card.

Cook County Judge Peggy Chiampas has ordered Shelton held without bail.
