It's not transparent yet, but I'd urge all to watch the saga of LFWK - company has taken the unusal steps of putting in writing that they

1) have apparently bought up the float - leaving the MM's and others to naked short to meet demand.

2) while doing a major asset consolidation and reorganization, all of which will put pressure on the MM's and any associated short trading.
