655m then 1.2billion, so where did you get those numbers of 400mm increase in less then 60 days? So you state that in less then 40 trading days, EVSV "DILUTED" 400m correct? Point out the days that EVSV "DILUTED" the shares? Or, post a link showing the dilution of 400m in less then 40 days?

Yep. I also see them spending money to make money now. Granted dillution can happen anywhere, anytime. I don't see the normal dillution machines on the ask here. Nite is a flipper in bout every stock im in.CSTI,ETRF, and ATDF are personal accounts. The main one I watch for in dillution is VFIN and they are down on the ask at .015 I am sure there are others but this is the main one I have experienced in heavily dilluted stocks. Could I be wrong? Of course, but I am not to concerned here. I flipped this for 40% roughly, 3 times last week. Wish I would have waited on the last buy/sell and got more down here. I don't think this will have any trouble seeing .002 this week, in my opinion

The "REAL NUMBERS" according to the March Filing!

1) 2.95 billion AS

2) 690 million OS

3) 531 million Float

These numbers are as of March 4th, 2014!

there is no way that EVSV dumped/diluted over 400m in only 22 days of trading!
