The reason I brought this up was I noticed NAVR is still on that list, and has been for some time. It seems that they are going through the trouble of identifying stocks that are over the short level, but not doing much to force the shorts to cover. Anyone know what, if anything they do to make the shorts cover after a stock gets overshorted ?
