Timed properly is the key.

Even more tragic than missing the manipulated spike is failing to sell the spike and holding all the way down into the current abyss.

And the guilt of having recommended such a disaster to friends - and especially family - could cause an unhealthy, childish and maniacal obsession on such a single event.

I missed out on the spike, and also the guilt.

I would hate for anyone to suffer such guilt.

$WGAS is a super diluting pig.

Well, I would not use a realtor or real estate broker, since they're both so often useless and usually cannot pronounce what they are. Hi, I'm a real-a-tor... :(

When you're making a property deal you're far better off to slide a couple of hundred to a real LAWYER, have him draw up (or at least review) the papers for you.. a fraction of the cost of a realtor and extremely more useful

If someone recommended WGAS to me as a long term play I would never listen to them--- if they told me to get out, I'd listen a little closer and assume that it was ready to go way up (since I am paranoid and untrusting)

Personally, I can imagine that WGAS will go on a HUGE RUN the SECOND I don't have a position

:(
