I may be a complete novice to trading (and I believe that nearly everyone is- for several years, at the least) but one thing I can tell you for SURE is to always be where you are.

NOW is what matters. Say you invested $100,000 into a property, paid way too much, and sold it at a loss.. Maybe for $20k

Well, you lost 80 grand

Now the property comes up for sale @ $5000

I know MANY people who would curse the property and say oh what a terrible property

Well, the right play would be to buy it for $5000 if it can be sold for $20k again

If that makes sense

ALWAYS be where you are
WGAS is the same way

I can't say that it is similar to my example, but, so long as I have shares- according to me- this is the best buy ever right now :)
